Huada Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (also abbreviated to “Huada”) was established through the amalgamation of its parent, China Electronic Corporation’s (CEC) semiconductor subsidiaries. Founded in Zhangjiang High-tech Park, Shanghai on May 8th 2014, with a registered capital of 3.975 billion yuan, Huada has 16 subsidiaries, including three listed companies, with a total asset base of over 10 billion yuan. Huada has been ranked in the top ten Chinese IC design companies for many years and covers the whole industrial chain of integrated circuit design, manufacturing, testing and applications.
Huada’s products include: MCU, FPGA, power and driver chips, SmartCard and security chips, power management chips, new display chips, among others. The scale of the SmartCard and security chip businesses rank 1st in China and 4th in the world. New display touch and OLED chip technology is also world-leading.
